Puppy Health Guarantee
7-Day Contagious Illness / Infectious Disease Guarantee
Our puppy health guarantee covers any contagious illness or infectious disease (such as distemper, canine parvovirus, etc.) that results in clinical illness for 7 Days following the original purchase date. If, within 7 days of the original purchase date, a licensed veterinarian certifies that, at the time of sale, the puppy was unfit for purchase due to illness or disease, the presence of symptoms of a contagious or infectious disease the client will be afforded the right to exchange the puppy for another puppy of equivalent value. The client has 24 hours to notify Chicago's Puppy Boutique that the puppy was found to be unfit for purchase and to present written certification by a licensed veterinarian. A puppy may not be determined unfit for sale on account of an injury sustained or illness contracted after the client takes possession of the puppy. A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parasites is not grounds for declaring a puppy unfit for sale unless the puppy is clinically ill because of that condition.
1-Year Congenital / Hereditary Disorder Guarantee
When you bring a puppy into your home, your happiness and the well-being of your new furry friend are our top priorities. To ensure that you feel confident in your choice, we provide a health guarantee that covers any hereditary and congenital disorders that might affect your puppy's health. This guarantee lasts for one year from the date of purchase. It's important to us that you're informed and understand that if any health issues arise within that year, and those issues were not disclosed at the time of purchase, you will be supported. This includes medical conditions that are genetically linked or problems that a puppy might be born with, often without any visible signs at first.
